Privacy

Our site adds no advertising cookies or third-party analytics. The form sends the amount, language, donor type and publication choices to our service. HelloAsso opens its own payment page; Stripe checks available wallets when you start a donation and displays its secure payment fields when you choose that option. Our server does not receive card details.

HelloAsso handles the details you enter and your payment under its own policy, which also explains its use of cookies and tracking tools. Our website never receives your card details. HelloAsso privacy policy

The association keeps private payment and project records to verify money received, refunds and your permissions. Stripe payments and their permissions are recorded in a private ledger; bank transfers and other contributions outside payment providers are tracked in a private spreadsheet. Only the combined total and approved public names are sent to the website. Raw records and supporting documents are not published.

Stripe receives the information needed for payment and uses its own security cookies. Payment details are entered directly with Stripe. Your publication permissions remain optional and independent. Stripe privacy

Having your name appear on the website and putting it on the car are separate, optional choices. We publish no name without explicit consent. Choosing not to appear publicly does not remove private information needed for payment and recordkeeping. A first name alone does not guarantee anonymity.

You can ask us to remove your name from the website, the car or both. We’ll handle your request and confirm when we’ve recorded it. Names are not published automatically yet. We hide the list if its data is out of date or permissions cannot be verified. Removing a name does not change the amount received or the private records we must keep. A name already on the car needs separate handling; we cannot retrieve older photos or copies saved by visitors.

Contributions

To donate online, use our form and then pay on HelloAsso’s secure page. You enter your card details there, not on our site. We check the public total and names separately; they are not updated automatically yet.

Dedicated account details have not been published; bank transfers are not offered yet.

HelloAsso and its providers handle online payments; your bank handles transfers. Our website does not process payments.

Pay here with Stripe. Processing fees are deducted from the amount the association receives.

We cannot promise a tax deduction until the association’s eligibility has been confirmed. A HelloAsso payment confirmation alone does not establish that your donation is tax deductible.
