Your support, explained
To donate online, use our form and then pay on HelloAsso’s secure page. You enter your card details there, not on our site. We check the public total and names separately; they are not updated automatically yet.
Dedicated account details have not been published; bank transfers are not offered yet.
How can I help?
You can use the HelloAsso form when it opens, or make a bank transfer once we publish the dedicated account details. If your business would like to contribute money, equipment or services, get in touch and we’ll discuss what would help most.
What counts towards the €10,500 target?
The counter adds up donations and sponsorship money actually received for the project, minus any refunds made. It excludes optional tips to HelloAsso, pledges, future instalments and donated equipment. Disputed payments stay out until resolved. Expenses do not reduce this running total, so it is not the balance of our bank account.
When are the total and names updated?
Payments are confirmed separately from the public total and names. An automatic update runs every five minutes after payments and permissions have been checked. Bank transfers and other payments outside HelloAsso must first be recorded and verified by the team in a private spreadsheet. The counter shows the last verified total and its date. Names are hidden if consent can no longer be verified or the underlying data is out of date.
Who appears in the supporter list?
Only the first names of individuals and approved public names of companies that agreed to appear on the website. We never show individual donation amounts, surnames, email addresses or donation dates. Any eligible donation may appear, however long ago it was made. For bank transfers, the team must confirm and record your permission; payment alone is never treated as consent.
Will my name be on the car too?
Displaying your name on the website and putting it on the car are separate, optional choices. We need your explicit agreement for each. You can donate without agreeing to either. Choosing not to appear publicly does not make your payment anonymous to HelloAsso or the association, and a first name alone may still identify you.
Can I get a tax receipt?
We cannot promise a tax deduction until the association’s eligibility has been confirmed. A HelloAsso payment confirmation alone does not establish that your donation is tax deductible.
How can I follow our progress?
You can follow the main milestones here. We’ll add links to our social channels when they launch.
How can I have my name removed?
Contact us and tell us whether you mean the website, the car or both. We’ll handle your request and confirm when we’ve recorded it. Names are not published automatically yet. Removing a name does not change the fundraising total or erase private records. A name already on the car needs separate handling, and we cannot retrieve older photos or copies saved by visitors.
